A note on how pricing works.
We do not quote on a first call. Before we put a number on an engagement, we need to understand the business goal, the data situation, the systems involved, your internal technical capacity, and your timeline. If you share a budget range with us, we will tell you honestly what is achievable within it. If you do not, we will scope based on what the work requires and let you tell us if it fits.
When client budget is smaller than the scope requires, the answer is a reduced scope — not a reduced rate. We compete on value, not price.
