Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 29, 2026

1. Who We Are

OPZET, LLC ("OPZET," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent AI consulting firm organized under the laws of the State of Arizona. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you visit opzetintent.com(the "Site") or contact us through it.

Data controller:
OPZET, LLC
9322 E Plata Ave, Mesa, AZ 85212
hello@opzetintent.com

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly

When you submit the contact form on our Site, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number (if provided), a description of your business problem or inquiry, and how you heard about us. When you book a discovery call through our Cal.com booking calendar, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and scheduling preferences on our behalf.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site and have consented to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregate data about your visit — including pages viewed, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default. If you decline analytics cookies, this data is not collected. Standard web server logs maintained by Vercel (our hosting provider) may also record your IP address, browser type, and referring page.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and assess whether an engagement may be a fit
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls
  • Send you a proposal or follow-up communications if relevant
  • Maintain records of client and prospective client communications
  • Understand how visitors use our Site and improve its content (analytics, with consent only)

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with similar data protection laws, we process your personal information under the following legal grounds:

  • Legitimate interests — responding to business inquiries submitted through our contact form, maintaining records of prospective client communications, and operating our website. Our legitimate interest in running a business is balanced against your privacy rights.
  • Performance of a contract (or pre-contractual steps) — scheduling and conducting discovery calls when you book through our calendar.
  • Consent — placing analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and functional cookies (Cal.com booking calendar) on your device. You may withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie Settings option in our site footer.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Contact form submissions are transmitted securely over HTTPS and delivered to us via email. We do not operate a customer database that stores contact form submissions — they arrive as email messages and are handled within our business communications. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for the following periods:

  • Prospective client inquiries — 24 months from last contact, or until you request deletion.
  • Client engagement records — 7 years from the close of the engagement, consistent with standard business records requirements.
  • Web server logs — up to 90 days, as maintained by Vercel.
  • Analytics data — retained within Google Analytics for up to 14 months (GA4 default), subject to your cookie consent.

If you would like your information removed before these periods expire, contact us at the address below and we will honor that request where legally permissible.

7. Third-Party Services and International Data Transfers

We use the following third-party service providers to operate this Site. Each may receive personal data in connection with their service:

  • Vercel, Inc. — hosts this website. Your traffic passes through Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel is based in the United States. See Vercel's privacy policy.
  • Cal.com — provides our discovery call booking calendar. When you book a call, Cal.com receives your name, email address, and scheduling data. Cal.com is based in the United States. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics — collects aggregate usage data when you accept analytics cookies. Google is based in the United States. See Google's privacy policy. Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default.
  • Email service provider — our contact form submissions are delivered via an SMTP email provider. The message content (your inquiry) is transmitted to and stored within our business email account.

International transfers: OPZET is based in the United States. If you are located in the EEA or the United Kingdom, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which does not have the same data protection laws as your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) as the legal mechanism for these transfers. Vercel and Cal.com maintain SCCs for EU and UK data transfers; copies are available through their respective privacy documentation. We do not currently conduct marketing or advertising activities that would require additional transfer safeguards.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies only where you have given consent (except for strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent). You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the site footer, or by configuring your browser.

  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests where your situation warrants it.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (cookies), you may withdraw it at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@opzetintent.com. We will respond within 30 days (or within the timeframe required by applicable law).

Right to lodge a complaint: If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, the relevant authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you contact a regulatory authority.

10. California Residents — Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

12. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
